To choose the right size, keep the following in mind:
Do you want the branding mark to fill the logo as much as possible?
The logo can be slightly smaller than the brass branding plate. For example, a logo of 30 x 30 mm can also be placed on a 35 x 35 mm plate. Please indicate your preference in the order notes.
Which shape suits the logo best?
For a rectangular logo, a rectangular branding stamp works best.
For a square logo, a square stamp is ideal.
For a round logo, a round stamp is recommended.
Of course, all combinations are possible, so a round logo on a square branding stamp is also an option.
The logo on your branding stamp is always scaled as much as possible in both width and height, without changing the original aspect ratio. The longest side, either width or height, is the determining factor. We never alter the ratio of the image itself. A margin of 1.5 mm is maintained on both sides in width.
We always check all logos in advance. If we think the logo might not be clear, we will contact you. 99.5% of the branding stamps we produce are perfect on the first try.

Yes, the result is the same. The main difference is that an electric branding iron is easier to heat and simpler to use, as no external heating is required. In addition, an electric branding iron can maintain a constant temperature when used with a voltage regulator, making it easier to achieve consistent results.
Larger sizes are available. However, we do not guarantee a good result because the object that is burned on must be completely flat for a good result. This sometimes proves to be a problem. Please give us a call or email us to discuss the options.
Do you also sell replacement heating elements?
Yes! To order replacement heating elements for our branding irons, please contact us. The rod connecting the burner plate and the heating element must be the correct size. If it is not, the stamp may need to be modified, which could incur additional costs.
The rods suitable for our heating elements have diameters of 9.5 mm, 13 mm, and 19 mm. Contact us and we will gladly advise you on the best heating element for your needs.
