You can return your branding stamp free of charge within 30 days, without giving a reason.

We are the only supplier who offers this guarantee for custom-made branding irons.

Before we send your branding stamp, we test it on wood and leather. This way we know for sure that the branding stamp is clear. Therefore we can guarantee that the branding stamp is good.

Of the thousands of branding irons we make, only a few have ever been returned.

Is there also a warranty on the heating element?

The electric heating element has a 2-year warranty.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your branding iron you can choose yourself:

Your money back and return the stamp. (You don’t have to answer all the questions first, we are very easy).
Give us another chance: we will remake the stamp for free.

Does the heating element, the fire or lacquer stamp break during normal use? Then you can send it in and we will replace the part free of charge. *JH Machining is the only supplier in Europe that offers a guarantee on fire and wax seal stamps with their own logo.
